- Since I was big enough to reach the mixer, I have been baking yummy treats. Cookies, muffins, pies and cakes kept me busy as I grew. Hobby turned into profession, and skills were honed at Culinary School (SCCC). I have been baking professionally since 2005 and my specialty is custom designed wedding and special event cakes. From the simple elegant to the wacky whimsical, this cake artist is poised and ready to bake for you.
